- Cook Spaghetti Boil noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown Meat Cook ground meat with salt, oregano, and garlic powder. Drain fat.
- Mix Egg Coating Whisk milk, Parmesan, and egg. Toss with cooked spaghetti.
- Assemble Casserole Spread spaghetti in a greased 9×13 dish. Layer meat, pasta sauce, tomatoes, and optional toppings. Sprinkle cheese and arrange pepperoni on top.
- Bake Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more until bubbly and golden.
- Serve Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot with garlic bread or salad.
