These are the best dinner rolls you will ever bake. They are sweet and fluffy. You will start by scalding the milk in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add the milk over medium heat and stir until it simmers.
Then, take it off the heat and continue to stir while it cools. Add warm water to a jar with yeast and sugar, stir it, and let it sit for ten minutes until it is foamy and bubbly. Once the yeast is activated, you will start the process immediately.

Mix those for a minute, then mix the flour a little until you get a smooth, sticky dough. Smooth it out, place it in a greased bowl, and cover it. Then, let the dough rise for 30 minutes to an hour and a half or until it’s doubled.
Once the dough has been proofed, divide it into equal parts and roll each portion into a ball. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or inside a sizeable mini bread mould.
Once done, cover them with a damp towel, place them somewhere warm, and let them rise for another hour.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. When they leave the oven, brush the top with butter, and they are ready to serve. They are soft, doughy, pillowy, and so good. Serve them with anything you want and enjoy them.
